Sharing a beautiful creation today by the gorgeous Gerry....
Gerry emailed this to me and I gasped when opening the file!
AMAZING!!!!!
This is what she had to say....
The chippies I used are the following:
*Steam Punk Clock {IDS 0030} - The chippie was first painted with gesso. When it was dry I used brown crackle paint from Rangers. Love the effect that when the brown paint crackles the white pops up. Because I wanted to have some "movement" on my page I decided to cut the clock in two parts and place them on left/right side of the photo.
*Fence/Rail track {IDS 0021} - The fence was also painted initially with gesso and once it was dry I painted it with green crackle paint from Rangers.
*My Little Man {IDP 0003} - I cut separately all three words from this phrase. "My Little" was painted with gesso and then with Glimmer Glam. When it was dry I used sand paper to remove the glitter and give more vintage look. The word "Man" was also treated in the same way but this time I used black Glimmer Glam.
Also, here is a layout I created recently for The Scrap Cake using ID chippies.
The name of the layout is "Scent of a Woman".
The chippies I used are: *Flourish 1 {IDFL 0006}, *Lower Case Letters {IDALC 0001} and *Flowers and Birds on Board {IDS 0026}
