Carole's here!! I'd like to share with you this tutoriel to decorate chipboard with masking tape:

Supplies list:

American crafts: paper, die cuts
1) Here the material you’ll need : an hot air balloon chipboards, 3 masking tape, a cissors and a craft knife with a new blade.
12) Apply a stripe of masking tape over one part of the chipboard
13) With the craft knife, cut the parts that are outside the shape
14) Here is what you get!
15) Do it again with another stripe. If needed, add another stripe of masking tape just next to the other.
16) Cut again the outside part. Here what you get.
17) do it again with another masking tape
18) here is what you get !
